We are independently owned, so we have no loyalty to any particular lender. That way we can serve you the best way possible without bias towards lenders. Our main focus is to keep our process simple so that you don’t have to get boggled down by all the paperwork.

Chat to understand your goals

When you contact a real estate agent about a property, it’s wise to avoid mentioning your budget before making an offer. Doing this may lead you to overpaying for the property, as well as missing out on properties that are within your budget range. We’ll go through your budget as we’re legally bound to make the best decision for you.

Draft a loan plan that makes sense

We will be providing you with a loan structure and options with a variety of lenders that best suit your desired outcome. We crunch numbers every day to find the best deals. Once we do that, we negotiate with different lenders on your behalf for loans that align to your objective.

Lodge the request on your behalf

Once you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll provide the lender all the details and documents they require. Don’t worry, we’ll cross-check with you on anything we may have missed, and submit supporting documents to give you a fighting chance.

Wait for approval and settle the loan

After you get approved (yay!), we’ll work with your accountant or lawyer in any way to advance the settlement, so that everything goes ahead smoothly. We don’t want to risk anything slipping away. We’ll also make sure direct debits are redirected and provide account numbers for salary crediting.

We’ll regularly check up on all stakeholders throughout the entire process. Specifically, we keep an eye on the structure of the loan and make sure we’re sticking to the original objective. If things change, we’ll review and adjust as needed or even place you on a better loan if it’s available.
